Didn’t work out? No problem. We accept returns on orders within 15 business days of delivery for a full refund. Any merchandise that looks worn, washed, broken, is missing tags or receipt will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the merchandise is received. What does shipping cost?

Nada. We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders. We use FedEx as our shipping provider and ship orders Monday through Friday. We expect all orders to be delivered within 3-6 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to the countries listed below and charge a flat rate of $45. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, customs and/or taxes applied after shipment. Typically it takes about 1 day to ship domestic packages and 1-2 days for ones traveling internationally. You may also track the status of your order via the My Account page. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a UPS tracking number once it leaves our warehouse that you can use for reference. What if I need to change my order?

If you just ordered your item and want to switch it before we ship it, act fast! We process orders quickly but we will do our best to change your order for you before sending your package on its way. Are there any stores that carry your product so I can try them on?

To get you the best possible product for the best possible price, we only sell exclusively online. For those hesitant to buy something before trying it on, we offer free domestic returns and exchanges. It’s just like a changing room, only without all the standing in line and elevator music.
